Booking requests
Submitting a form or message is a request, not a confirmed booking. A visit is confirmed only once we have contacted you and agreed a date and time.
Prices and payment
Prices are agreed with you directly, usually on the phone after we understand the job from your description, photos or an inspection. No payment is taken through this website. Payment terms are arranged directly with us.
Your responsibilities
To help us do the job safely and properly, we ask that you:
- Give us access to the areas that need work
- Follow the preparation steps we share before the visit
- Follow the safety advice given on the visit, including when it is fine to re-enter treated areas
- Tell us about anything relevant, such as pregnancy, breathing problems, pets or aquariums
- Get any society or landlord permissions needed for installations
Results
Pest and bird problems depend on many things, including building condition, neighbouring properties, weather and how prevention advice is followed. Results can vary, and some problems need more than one visit.
