The two options at a glance
Standard medicine
Our regular treatment medicines. They can leave a mild smell for a while after the treatment, which clears as the place airs out.
- Used to treat cockroaches, termites, ants, mosquitoes and other pests
- A mild smell can stay for a while; opening windows and running a fan helps
- We tell you how long to keep children, pets and food away
- Price and timing are agreed on the phone before the visit
Often chosen for
- Godowns & factories
- Compounds & gardens
- Drains & parking
- Places that can stay aired out
Odourless medicine
No noticeable smell, for places where a smell would be a problem. Available for many of our treatments; ask when you book.
- Available for many treatments; we confirm it suits your job before the visit
- Lets people use the space again with less disturbance from smell
- Odourless is not chemical-free: the same safety steps still apply
- Just tell us your preference when you share the problem
Often chosen for
- Homes with kids & elderly
- Offices & shops
- Restaurants & hotels
- Clinics & schools
Two options, one careful approach
Whichever medicine you choose, the job starts the same way: we find where the pests hide, enter and breed, and treat those spots properly. The medicine is one part of the work. The inspection, the right placement and your prevention steps matter just as much.
When standard medicine makes sense
Standard medicines can leave a mild smell for a while after the treatment, which clears as the place airs out. Many customers are happy with that, especially for:
- Godowns, factories and back areas
- Compounds, gardens, drains and parking
- Homes and premises that can stay aired out for a while after the visit
When odourless medicine makes sense
Odourless options have no noticeable smell and are available for many of our treatments. Customers often choose them for:
- Homes with small children, elderly family members or someone sensitive to smells
- Offices, shops and showrooms that open again soon after the treatment
- Restaurants, hotels, clinics and schools
Odourless does not mean chemical-free. The same precautions apply with either option: keep children and pets away during the treatment, cover or put away food and utensils, and follow the time we give you before using or cleaning treated areas.
How to choose
- Tell us about the problem and the place (home, office, restaurant…), with photos if you can
- Say whether smell matters to you, and who uses the space
- We suggest the option that suits the job and agree the date, time and price on the phone
- On the day, we explain the precautions for the option you chose

Questions about our medicines
What is the difference between your standard and odourless medicines?
We use two kinds of medicines. Standard medicines can leave a mild smell for a while after the treatment. Odourless medicines have no noticeable smell. Both are used to treat pests; we suggest which one suits your problem and your place. See odour and odourless pest control.
Can I choose odourless medicine for my treatment?
Yes, odourless options are available for many of our treatments. Tell us your preference when you share the problem or book, and we will confirm whether odourless suits that job before the visit.
Does odourless mean the medicine is chemical-free?
No. Odourless means there is no noticeable smell, not that there are no chemicals. The same precautions apply: keep children and pets away during the treatment, cover or put away food, and follow the time we tell you before using or cleaning the treated areas.
Who usually chooses odourless medicine?
Many families with small children, elderly members or someone sensitive to smells choose odourless, and so do offices, shops, restaurants, hotels and clinics where people need to use the space again soon after the treatment.
How long does the smell of standard medicine last?
It depends on the treatment, the size of the space and how well it is ventilated. Opening windows and running a fan after the treatment helps it clear. We tell you what to expect for your job on the day.
Which one works better, standard or odourless?
Both are used to treat pests. What matters most is finding where pests hide and breed and treating those spots properly, which is why we start with an inspection. We explain our plan for your place either way.
Does the medicine I choose change the price?
We agree the price for your job on the phone before the visit, including the medicine option you choose. If you are not sure which option to pick, ask us to explain both. Read our guide on odour vs odourless pest control.
